Yoga/Meditation Programs

Cindee's approach to yoga instruction is to make it tailored to each individual or group she teaches.
 
She starts by taking time to understand where people are in relation to yoga - beginner to expert and all places in between - and then works with them to determine what they'd like to get out of the practice of yoga and how she can best help get them there.
 
Sessions range from from a simple 30 minute stretching, breathing and meditation class to one hour "chair sessions" to one hour yoga practiced on a mat - including meditation and yoga positions modified for all levels of yoga expertise. 
 
Cindee teaches individuals, couples and classes of up to 6 people - with the result being happy, relaxed and newly energized individuals from all walks of life.
