About Cindee
Cindee's classes are an experience to take into your every day lives. They consist of breath awareness, movement & connection to the moment. She encourages and challenges each of her students by allowing them to pause from their lives, get interested in way their minds operate and to tune in to the body.
After eighteen years on the New York Mercantile Exchange, in 2008 Cindee left her life of finance and dedicated herself to sharing Yoga with Every Body. Her mission is to bring Yoga & Meditation to all people where you have the choice of a chair or a mat for practice. Yoga is not only about the physical, it is also about the mental and spiritual. Yoga is a useful and an effective tool to add into our daily lives.
In 2009, she completed a 200 hour certification with Clayton Horton at the Brahmananda Ashram in San Francisco, traveled to India to study with B.N.S Iyengar & Shri Sheshadri. She continues to study and dedicate her time to her Yoga education and particpates in monthly workshops so she can share more with you.
Cindees passion and spirit will leave you with an experience and after leaving her class you will feel more energized and prepared to handle situations with useful, simple and supportive tools.
